As the inaugural Community Engagement Manager at Glen Foerd, I pioneered a strategic framework for local outreach that prioritizes growing our audience and diverse representation. By forging cross-sector partnerships with organizations like the Philadelphia Community Bail Fund and Olney Culture Lab, I transformed a historic estate into a living community hub. My work centers on "respite-based programming," such as the Mother’s Healing Day Retreat, which provided 36 formerly incarcerated mothers with childcare and wellness activities.
